CLASSES

How and/or when do I get my class zoom link?

We typically email zoom links 24-48 hours before the first day of class. If your class starts tomorrow and you have not received your zoom link, please email us. Some email programs such as Hotmail and Yahoo block our emails to you, but we are ready and waiting on your first day to help you get into class.

I purchased a class but didn’t hear from SAL.

Did you get an email from Paypal with your invoice? That’s from us! Thank you for purchasing a class. We typically send out class info and zoom links the day before class. Worried you may have missed something? Simply reply to that email invoice and let us know what you need. We’ll reply within 24 hours, or immediately if your class is starting.

No invoice? There may have been an error in entering your contact information at check out. Please reach out to contact@seattleartistleague.com.

Do you have to be a member to take a class?

Nope. Membership comes with perks like early registration, invitations to shows, discounts, and our eternal admiration. You can click here to learn more about our membership options, but you do not need to be a member to take a class.

If you are interested in becoming a member and all the wonderful perks that come with membership, visit our membership page.

Can I get a refund on my class purchase?

Class fees are non-refundable. If something comes up and you will be unable to attend class, we offer the following solutions:

5 Days Before Class Starts: 100% Credit toward a different class
After that period: 50% Credit toward a different class

Once your class has started, if you decide that you have somehow made a terrible mistake, let us know. It might be you’ve got a case of art student jitters, and we can help, because we get them too. If you really don’t want to go back, we’ll issue you a coupon so you can sign up for a different class.

If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us. We are reasonable and understanding people.
