Oil Painting II

This class is for students who have taken Beginning Oil Painting at least once.

This class picks up where Beginning Oil Painting stops. This is a structured class with specific exercises to lead new painters through the foundations of painting. This class will provide technical information to get you started (tools, materials, composition, advanced color theory, and various applications), and the room to access and grow your own personal style. With lectures, discussions, demos, and lots of individual attention, you’ll expand what is possible, and develop the skills necessary for a sustained exploration into painting.

  • Beginning Oil Painting Kit available at the first class. Buy the kits on our website.
  • Viva paper towels
  • Glass Jar with a well-fitting lid
