Join us for a free head sculpting demo and see how a portrait in clay takes shape from the inside out. Ruthi will begin with the large forms of the head, neck, and shoulders and demonstrate techniques for building and refining features including the eyes, nose, mouth, and ears.
This demo offers a welcoming introduction to both realistic and expressive approaches to sculpting the head. Artists of all experience levels are invited to watch the process, learn practical techniques, and gather ideas for bringing more structure, character, and personality into their own clay work.
