Beginning Drawing 2: Line and Shape
(Distributed Line, Envelope, Shadow Shapes)
This course strengthens perceptual drawing skills through structure and precision. You’ll study how lines distribute weight and rhythm across the page, how envelopes organize proportion, and how shadow shapes reveal mass and form. Each session builds visual reasoning—seeing not what things are, but how they’re built. Ideal for students continuing from Beginning Drawing 1 or anyone ready to clarify structure and control.
PREREQUISITE: Beginning Drawing 1. For continuing artists who want to see with clarity, respond with fluency, and create with intention. THIS IS A REPEATABLE CLASS.
