The Seattle Artist League Portrait Awards encourage artists to develop the theme of portraiture in their work. The awards are open to everyone age sixteen and over, to recognize the outstanding and innovative work in drawing, painting, printmaking, and mixed media. Artists near and far are encouraged to submit up to three 2D artworks of any media.
Artwork must be original, and must have been produced within the last 18 months. Sold work, works not for sale, and works not available to show in person are eligible to win. Artworks will be judged on creativity, composition, skill, and visual impact. Visitportraitawards.artcall.org for the full list of guidelines.
