We received a second postcard from Thailand! Nikki Barber, the League’s printmaking instructor is spending one month as a studio-based artist in residence at Rajamangala University in Chiang Mai. There, she is able to interact directly with students, faculty, and Thai artists, experiencing the technical differences between Seattle and Chiang Mai printmaking techniques.
Nikki sent us another “postcard” via email. Look at her apron. The Seattle Artist League is now officially international!

I also have had the pleasure of giving a demo on my process to students at Rajamangala University of Technology, Lanna.
